OPS TeeTime is a cloud solution for the complete needs of golf resorts. Prepared for the specific requirements of your business, it supports other golf facilities such as indoor simulators or driving ranges. The module registers the payment obligations of the club members and makes direct communication with members possible while supporting other functionalities.

The module captures advantages for individuals or groups of clients. Club cards define more complicated and multi-numerical benefits. On the contrary, the vouchers are intended primarily for one-time gaining.

CLUB CARDS:

Provide benefits to individuals, groups of players and certain groups of members within selected resorts
Usage options are: permanent passes, packages, membership, credit, company or invoicing cards, name or no name cards. A special feature is the option of golf passes through more resorts
The module contains statistic reports, eventually e-mail dispatches about the movements of cards

CLUB VOUCHERS:

The module allows you to generate yur own electronic or printed vouchers
Numerical rows of vouchers can be generated by the system or predefined
The voucher can be for a concrete product, product category or financial value
The voucher can be linked to a person, subject or group of people or no name

The warehouse is designed for the management of the ProShop or for a smaller restaurant operation.

The OnLine Statistics module creates online views of OPS TeeTime production data across all of its modules and and primarily provides quick views for a short period of time. The most used statistics are the daily closing of the turnover at reception.

A separate statistics module filled with the production data and is the source of subsequently created offline views. The presentation layer is MS Excel and the contingency table has a choice of variables. Reservation or registration data or data of the ball machine are used here.

The concentration of economic data gives the operator and the owner an immediate overview of the current economic situation and business situation at the golf resort. The subsequent possibility of data editing, planning and modelling are the undisputed strong points of using reporting.

Built-in module of the mobile application for golfers. It views of the economic assessment of the resort and reception’s outputs towards the owners and managers. In the mobile app, a separate item will be displayed in the menu for authorized peple only. The authorization for this functionality occurs when entering the membership number of the authorized member. The app is available for iOS and Android platforms.

We offer the option of building a booking guide directly to the club web through our API and the creation of a resort‘s own mobile app. The standard application contains:

booking guide,
information and news from the resort,
birdie card.

Everything in the unified graphics of the resort.
The golfers can make a reservation directly from the club web or mobile app where special price conditions, which can be offered by push messages sent to the mobile apps, can be set.
We support iOS and Android systems.

Built-in module of the mobile application for golfers. It The module enables golfers to book a round on the course without visiting the reception desk. The module deployment decreases the workforce in the season at marginal times (for example 07:00 -09:00, or in the low season days when the golf course is playable.)

The members of the club will make a reservation through a mobile application, non-members must pay in advance to reserve an exact time for their round.
The app, using GPS, recognizes when a golfer approaches the first tee.
The golfer will be displayed as selfreigstered on the mobile app.
The golfer is also registered in the booking stepladders where a record of the round is created which can be checked by the course marshall of the resort.

Golf TV can be part of the reception area or an adjoining restaurant in the form of a TV screen or a screen connected to the local television circuit.

THE MODULE DISPLAYS:

We ensure the complete creation and printing of your scorecards.

Thanks to mass orders, we have an agreement with a contractual printing company which offers special conditions for printing cards. We provide a complete graphic design and processing. The price depends entirely on the amount and concrete requirements for the graphics.

TeeTime offers exciting products related to making payments in advance using the TeeTime.cz reservation portal.

PrimeTime – time intervals in which golfers have the option to book only with an online payment.
EarlyFee – offer of a cheaper fee with an adjusted price representing our commission for reservations made 5 or more days in advance.
LimitFee - offer of a cheaper fee when a discount is determined by the number of days in advance and the actual workload of the given days.

We work with several golf partners in and out of the country. Their role is to provide the available teetimes with payment.

Another promotional channel is HotNews, which we distribute as a newsletter to registered golfers at regular intervals for a small fee.
